The last month or so I have become disgusted by my body. I have never been skinny, but I was the heaviest I have ever been. And refused to have to but new pants in a size I've never bough before. So I started not coming home and stuffing my face but eating less and counting calories. Shout-out to the My Fitness Pal App on my Android.
So far I've lost 10ish pounds. Last week I started going to the Campus Rec Center a few days a week. My jeans are loser and I feel better so I am putting this out here to be accountable.
10lbs. down about 6 times that more to go.
